Schedule
We schedule multiple classes per day, 7 days a week. Class offerings range from Bikram Yoga (the original “Hot Yoga”) also known as 26 & 2, to 26+ (Yoga w/ a fun variation of the 2nd set) to Yin Yoga to Inferno Hot Pilates. We also Hot Yoga Flow, featured workshops & classes with guest teachers and so much more!
Classes
Inferno Hot Pilates
Inferno Hot Pilates is a high-intensity, low-impact workout done to music that will make you feel incredible! If you'd like to lose weight, get stronger and see changes quickly, look no further and prepare to WORK.
Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga provides a slower, meditative-styled class with longer holds aimed at stretching the connective tissues and fascia throughout the body. Props are available to help assist in the postures.
26+ Yoga 26+ is a fun twist on the original 26&2 series, with a different variation in the 2nd set. This class is practiced with music and is perfect for those yogis looking to mix things up and learn additional postures.
26/2 Yoga w/Music Sweet Heat's own take on the original Hot Yoga series, also known as the Bikram method, with the addition of music. 26/2 is the most effective yoga method in existence. If you're tired of feeling tired and want to heal your body and mind, this is the class for you!
Hot Yoga Flow Hot Yoga Flow you will move your body in sync with the breath, fluidly moving from one pose to the next. Great for increasing strength, flexibility, heart health, and lowering anxiety, depression, and stress.
